Cypress Industries provides turnkey design, manufacturing, marketing and fulfillment services to our clients. Cypress Industries has created a program designed to be a one-stop shop for the consumer product market. Cypress Industries will be happy to provide any of these services individually to our clients, or to group them together as a package.

Cypress Industries has all the design aspects needed for a client to launch an electro-mechanical consumer product including Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Design for Manufacturability, Rapid Prototyping, Tooling Design and Packaging design all in house in Austin, Texas.

Once design and prototyping are completed we have our own tooling shops domestically, or in China for lower costs. After tooling is completed, production

can be run at our facility in China, or domestically in Texas regardless of where the tools is built. Upon completion of the plastic or metal enclosure, the product can be assembled either domestically or in Asia as well. Final assembly, test and packaging then occur and the product is ready to be shipped. Our fulfillment center can distribute and bill the product for you individually through phone or Internet orders, or in bulk packaging to retail stores.

Some customers ask us to help them launch the product and provide financial support for the product. Typically at this stage we require Intellectual Property (I.P.) such as a patent (preferred) or patent pending, and we can recommend organizations to aid in the patent process. After a detailed evaluation period, Cypress Industries investor group may elect to sponsor a project. Depending on the inventor’s wishes and what development stage the project comes to Cypress Industries determines whether the product is licensed to Cypress Industries, or whether Cypress Industries owns the product and pays the inventor/s a royalty, and what percentages are given to the I.P. owner. This program can be very successful because Cypress Industries costs are lower than other companies who do not do the work in-house and outsource it, they also do not control the supply chain. We are able to get products to market cheaper and quicker than our competition giving both inventor and investors a better return on their investment.

Because of the popularity of this program we have had to become selective with the products we choose to offer the turnkey services to not exceed our capabilities. We try to ensure that projects we take on are given our full attention to drive sales, therefore please do not be upset if we elect not to participate in every project.
