We machine any kind of metal or plastic enclosures for your control panels, creating a custom fit, precise placement and environmental protection that’s appropriate for your specific equipment, including the most rugged control panels. Designs can be completed in AutoCad (ACAD) or Solidworks, and can be based on your current schematics or can be engineered from scratch by our in-house team. We then apply the time-honored practices of Value Engineering to streamline the production of your enclosures, designing for manufacturability, to keep costs to a minimum. We offer a wide range of materials, including fiberglass, metal, G10, plastic ABS, PC, and PC/ABS and we can incorporate whatever processes make the most sense for your project, whether it’s CNC machining, injection molding, casting, extruding or stamping.
