Industrial Control Panels

Cypress control panels are operating in hundreds of companies spanning dozens of industries: mining, food processing, HVAC, water and wastewater treatment, pulp and paper, automotive manufacturing, transportation, food service, printing, and every part of the energy sector, from power generation to oil and gas. Because we take a project from design to mass production, then service our customers by manufacturing any number of parts in any volume and warehousing them for future use, our customers see Cypress as a dependable, long-term operations partner.

There aren’t too many control panels we haven’t built. Over the past few years, we’ve designed and built pump panels, compressor and pneumatic control panels, relay panels, process control panels, variable frequency drives, thermostatic controllers, conveyor system controls, and much more. But designing and manufacturing the industrial control panel wiring isn’t, by itself, sufficient. We work with our customers to evaluate the operational environments that each control panel is subject to. Then, based on those guidelines, we’ll use our wire braiding equipment to design extremely rugged cables that will withstand the rigors of the hottest, coldest, wettest and most corrosive conditions, and build custom, CNC-machined precision boxes, to ensure that cable glands are securely fastened, and proper seals are maintained.
